  Student Residence at Cornwall Street comprises 9 residential halls, 8 for undergraduate and 1 for postgraduate students, namely Jockey Club Humanity Hall, HSBC Prosperity Hall, Alumni Civility Hall, Jockey Club Academy Hall, Chan Sui Kau Hall, Lee Shau Kee Hall, Jockey Club Harmony Hall, Hall 9 and Hall 8 (Postgraduate Hall).

  Jockey Club House is a small postgraduate hall located at the Academic Exchange Building on the main campus. It offers single rooms and a limited number of double rooms for research and postgraduate students.

The majority of the residents are research students. Non-local students are a characteristic feature of the hall, which provides students with opportunities for exchange.
