1. Call the 24-hour Security Office by dialing 3442 1111. Make the request for ambulance service whenever it is required.
2. DO NOT attempt to conduct rescue operation unless you know for sure how to perform a proper rescue or you know the situation is safe.
3. DO NOT attempt to move the injured person in particular if it is a suspected head or spinal injury case.
4. Keep the injured or seriously ill person comfortable, warm and lying down.
