Multi-function Halls (MFH)

Multi-function Hall A & B are suitable for large-scale events such as Joint-hall Formal Dinner, Forum, Exhibition, Party, and a variety of resident programmes.


Booking of MFH must be made through Student Residence Office (SRO) by submitting an application form (CityU Users / Non-CityU Users). Application form and relevant materials are obtainable from SRO and counters. Completed forms should be returned to SRO for processing. Booking is subject to confirmation by SRO.

Please read "Regulations for the use of Multi-Function Halls" and "Rental for Use of MFHs" before booking.

Special Request

For any special request, such as on-the-day booking, advance booking exceeding the entitled period and multiple/block booking for special functions, the applicant is required to send the request to SRO via e-mail.


Multi-Leisure Time in Multi-Function Hall (C)

To encourage social interaction among residents, the MFH C is open for leisure activities at night time. During the sessions of Multi-Leisure Time, table-tennis equipment and table games are provided at the MFH C for the entire housing term.

Opening Hours: Mon – Sun (except Public Holidays)
11:00pm – 2:00am (midnight)
