A communal area on each typical floor, the common room, is equipped with simple cooking device and home furniture for floor gatherings and activities.
Function Rooms are located on the Ground Floor of each hall, it is suitable for social events, meetings, and a variety of resident programmes.

Regulations for use of the Computer rooms
Residents admitted in Semester A will be given a free print quota of 300 pages for one academic year, and residents admitted in Semester B are given a quota of 150 pages. The quota is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be carried forward.
Additional print quota at resident's cost HK$0.5 per page is provided to residents. If their free quota is used up, residents with such need can apply at SRO and select a multiple of 50 pages each time, at a maximum of 200 pages.
