The Student Residence is open for letting during the summer vacation period of the University. Student societies, internal departments and outside organizations may also apply for campus accommodation for functions such as camps, workshops, gatherings, conferences, seminars, research activities or retreats.

The Halls provide accomodation for guests:
All rooms are designed for double occupancy. Every two adjacent rooms form a self-contained unit, sharing a toilet and shower room.
Room Facilities
 
- Free air-conditioning
- Mattresses with bedding
- Desks and typist chairs
- Overhead bookshelves
- Wardrobes
- IP phone set
- Free broadband internet service at G/F computer room
Common Facilities
 
- Pantries: equipped with microwave ovens, electric water boilers and electrical-induction cookers
- Laundry room service (self-service)

  Multi-function Halls
  Three different Multi-function Halls are available for official gathering with outstanding catering service. Each hall acommodates over 100 persons for banquet.
