Application

	After application submission, requests of any changes (e.g. plan and preference) will not be accepted.
	The approved period of stay for summer residence is non-extendable. Even where an application for extension is approved, the Student Residence Office has the absoulute discretion to request the resident to vacate from the room initially assigned and move into a different room during the period of extension.
	Late applications will be processed with lower priority and may not be entertained.

*The stay in the period of 10-23/8/2009 can only be extended (free of charge) if:
(1)	residents are successfully confirmed applicants for 2009-10;
(2)	residents can complete moving to the rooms assigned in 2009-10 within the specified time.

The above charge rates are subject to annual review and revision.

Payment

	Applicants are required to confirm their offers by paying the hall charges in FULL by web payment or at Student Residence Office by credit card or EPS in the period of 16 -22 April 2009.

	Applicants should pay in advance the FULL hall charges when confirming the bedplace offer. All charges paid in this connection are non-refundable and non-transferable.

	There is NO withdrawal after the confirmation of bedplace offer by full payment of hall charges.
