Residents who
would like to withdraw from student residence should inform
SRO by filling in the "Application for Withdrawal from Student
Residence" form, obtainable from SRO, and shall comply with
"Regulations
Governing Student Residence" and "
Fees
and Payment Policies"
Please note that confirmation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If residents choose to withdraw within the second week of
the relevant academic year, residents can check out the rooms
without paying the full outstanding residence fees. If residents
choose to withdraw after the second week of the relevant academic
year, residents will be liable to pay for the full outstanding
residence fees. No refund will be arranged, if full fees have
already been settled.
