Welcome to join us, the Student Residence, at Cornwall Street! Please take note the following check-in arrangements.
 
Check-in Dates & Time for UG Students (Semester A 2009-10)
Period of Stay: the approved date of your residency
Check-in Dates: 24 - 26 August 2009 (Monday - Wednesday)
Check-in Venue: 10:00am - 9:00pm at Multi-function Hall A
Beyond the above period: Please check-in at the 24 hour Security Office
(located next to the main entrance of driveway)
   
 
Check-in Dates & Time for TPG Students (Semester A 2009-10)
Period of Stay: the approved date of your residency
Check-in Dates: 24 - 26 August 2009 (Monday - Wednesday)
Check-in Venue: For Cornwall Street Resident:
10:00am - 9:00pm:
at Multi-function Hall A
Beyond the above period:
Please check-in at the 24 hour Security Office (located next to the main entrance of driveway)

For Jockey Club House Resident:
24 hours security counter of Jockey Club House (Academic Exchange Building)

Check-in Venue: For Cornwall Street Resident:

For Jockey Club House Resident:

Important Note:
If you fail to complete check-in procedures by the first week of the housing term, your hall offer will be considered forfeited without further notice.
 
1. During the above check-in period, residents should complete an Accommodation Form, collect a Resident Card (with dual functions: room access and electronic payment system for air-conditioner) and a Handbook for Residents.
2.
All residents are required to bring along a light package containing a pillow, a pillow case, linen, blanket, daily use apparels and items into the Hall. There is no provision of beddings.
3. Getting to the Student Residence

Residents using car or hired van for moving in afterwards are required to inform the Security Office of Student Residence at 3442 1111 (Cornwall Street Only) in advance by providing Student Number and the vehicle license number for registration.
5.
Parking for half an hour is allowed in the period of 9:00am - 10:00pm and on a first-come-first-served basis.
