Professor Jiangyu Wang, Director of the CCCL explained that since the new anti-action law is promoted to national law, it is more powerful than legislation issued by the ministry. He underscores that if China has a political will to implement the new anti-action law, it certainly will be effective. Hence, there is a favourable opportunity for China to keep pace with the US markets.
