Regular PE Courses

Physical Education courses are offered regularly during Semester A, B and Summer Term.  They are catered for both beginners and improvers. Courses normally last for eight hours ranging from week 2 to week 9. All courses are provided with practical sessions on face-to-face basis. Due to the pandemic condition, all PE Courses are subject to be postponed, cancelled or may result in changing the format of provision accordingly. In the event that the courses are to be cancelled, students will be informed via CAP messages / i-Assessment / Canvas in due course.

Health and Fitness:  Physical Fitness, Pilates Mat,  Tabata, Yoga Refreshing
Individual Sports:  Archery, Basic Mountain Craft, Golf, Social Dance, Woodball
Martial Arts: Tai Chi Chuan (24 forms), Tai Chi Sword (32 forms)
Racket Sports: Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis
Team Sports: Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball
