| The awards shall be offered to outgoing office-bearers of student societies registered under the Students' Union who: |

| a) | have positive
attitude with demonstrated record in providing ongoing services for
student societies and/or the University; |

| b) | have proven
leadership qualities in the organization of student activities such
as team building skills, event management, problem solving and
organizational abilities; |

| c) | have successfully
reflected and consolidated on the learning experience of being
student leaders and contributed to personal growth; |
||
| d) | have other special
achievements or significant contribution to student societies, the
University and/or the community; |
||
| e) | have good academic
achievements (with CGPA 2.5 or above); and |
||
| f) | have obtained
recommendation/nomination from at least 20 students of the
University. |

Remarks:
| 1. | Applicants may be invited
to attend a selection interview which consists of three
academic and/or administrative staff of the University. |
| 2. | Each award recipient is
expected to donate HK$200 to CityU for student support
via "CityU Alumni Giving Club" on receipt of the award
and make an annual donation of at least HK$200 for the
same purpose when they are in employment after
graduation. The aim is to nurture and sustain the
caring and giving culture in the University. To
