Regular Physical Education courses are organized during Semester A, B and Summer Term. Courses offered may include badminton, squash, table-tennis, basketball, volleyball, swimming, physical fitness, social dance, fencing, trampolining and so on. They are catered for both beginners and improvers with the aim of introducing them to new activities, improving their skills and fostering a life-long participation in sports. Courses normally last for eight weeks with one contact hour per week.

Similar to the academic courses, students can add / drop courses on-line via the web at the Administrative Information Management Systems (AIMS). In addition, all PE courses are recognised activities for claiming the points of the Whole Person Development Award Scheme and will be recorded on the students' transcripts.
