• Complete the application form
• Bring along with ONE self-addressed envelope with HK$1.4 stamp and pay the course fee HK$300  by crossed CHEQUE payable to "Bestway Company"  at the General Office of P.E. Section in the Hu Fa Kuang Sports Centre before the deadline for application.
  (in person and first-come-first served)

• Applicants are required to settle the payment of course fee: HK$300 by crossed CHEQUE payable to " Bestway Company" at the P.E. General Office, Hu Fa Kuang Sports Centre during its opening hours.

• Course fee will not be refunded after settlement of payment.

• Applicants attending the classes should be dressed in proper sportswear/attire. Footwear must be non-marking white rubber-soled sports shoes unless otherwise specified.

• Applicants should observe the regulations governing the use of Hu Fa Kuang Sports Centre facilities.

• Applicants participate in the classes at their own risk, the City University of Hong Kong and P.E. Section of Student Development Services will bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accident.

• The P.E. Section reserves the right to alter or cancel the classes as needed under specific conditions.

• Eligible participants can directly apply for  Level I  Sport Climbing Certificate of the Hong Kong Sport Climbing Union through the related instructor, for any enquiries and details  contact the related instructor or Hong Kong Sport Climbing Union.

• Eligible participants will be given the CityU Sport Climbing Wall User Card when fulfilled the course requirement and passed the respective assessment. 

• All participants who have passed the assessment are required to submit one photo to the coach at the last session for the CityU Sport Climbing Wall User Card (free of charge) and cards will be available for collection two weeks after the assessment at the General Office of P.E. Section.
