Student Locker Application

 

Important Note

 

1.    All on campus regular students regardless of their mode of study or the funding sources of their programmes, except research postgraduate and CCCU students, are eligible to apply for the use of a locker and join the annual random lot draw for locker allocation. Exchange, visiting and occasional students are not eligible.

1.    Each user will be charged an annual non-refundable rental fee of $50 if s/he can secure a locker through the random lot draw process after the online registration.

2.    Students will be randomly assigned a locker if their application is successful. Students are not allowed to select locker.

2.    Successful applicants can use their assigned lockers till 31 July 2018.

3.    Each disabled student will be assigned one locker for use throughout the years of study. The locker assignment is subject to an annual non-refundable rental fee of $50. Students with disabilities and special needs can approach SDS counter at 6/F, Amenities Building or by email solocker@cityu.edu.hk.

4.    For students of Telford Campus, please apply the locker through the Telford Campus.

5.    Before making online registration, you shall read the Locker Regulations carefully.

Important Note on Payment


The annual rental fee of $50 will be included in student's statement of account or in student's monthly tuition / continuation fee payment via autopay. Students are required to settle the total amount due accordingly. The rental fee is non-refundable under any circumstances even though the users graduate, withdraw from studies or whose studies are terminated before the expired period of use.
