The School adopts a rigorous selection process taking into account public examination results, maturity and flexibility of individual applicants. The selection process may include a written test and an interview designed to assess awareness of creative media, artistic sensibility, analytical skills and independent thinking.

If you are a JUPAS HKDSE applicant selecting the School as your Band A choice, you are required to submit portfolio via an on-line submission system.
Details of on-line portfolio submission will be announced by mid / late February 2012.
If you are a JUPAS HKALE applicant, you are NOT required to submit portfolio and self introduction letter.

Notes for Applicants
- Applications for Taught Postgraduate Programmes are processed on a rolling basis. Review of applications will start before the deadline and continue until all places are filled. Early applications are therefore strongly encouraged.
- Applicants are required to submit their portfolios (by hand or by post) to the General Office of School of Creative Media not later than 5:30pm of the respective deadlines for different programmes. See previous section for the address and opening hours of School of Creative Media.
- HKDSE applicants are required to submit portfolio through the on-line portfolio submission system.
