| Paul Higgins joined the Department
of Public and Social Administration in September 2008. He teaches
and researches in the areas of public sector management and human
resource management and has an ongoing interest with matters
relating to the enhancement and promotion of student learning.
His current research focuses on the impact of regulatory bodies
monitoring the performance of public services, thinking styles
in the workplace and quality of life. |
