| Michelle Ma specializes in land use and transportation planning. She serves on the Education & Training Committee of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and she was previously a transport planner in the consultants. She also taught in the Caritas Logistics Centre and in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Michelle studied for her Higher Diploma in the Polytechnic, and obtained her Masters degree at the University of Leeds and her MBA at the University of Hong Kong. |
