| Lina Vyas obtained
her PhD from the Department of Public and Social
Administration in 2002. She then continued to
work in the department as a research staff working
on various research projects. She was awarded
a gold medal for her performance in her Master
Degree. She specializes in Public Administration
and Management. Apart from teaching at the City
University she has also conducted lectures at
the Chinese University of Hong Kong and School
for Professional and Continuing Education, University
of Hong Kong. She has published a book and numerous
research articles in international journals. |
