| Joan Y. H Leung is an Associate Professor in the Department. She holds two master degrees, MA in Comparative Asian Studies and MSocSc in Public Administration, and obtained her PhD from the University of Hong Kong. She received the FHS Contributions to Learning Award in 1998 and the CityU Teaching Excellence Award in 2003-04.
Currently she teaches and research on public administration and policy issues in Hong Kong and Korea , and supervising graduate research students as well. |
