| Hon Chan came
to City University in September 1989. He took
undergraduate and post-graduate degrees at the
Department of Government and Public Administration,
the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a MA
and PhD at the Maxwell School, Syracuse University.
He was a vice president of the Hong Kong Public
Administration Association, an associate editor
of the International Journal of Public Administration,
an editor (Administrative Law) of the China Law
Report, and a member of editorial board of several
journal of public administration in the United
Kingdom and the United States. He is professor
of the Department of Public and Social Administration. |
