| Gao Jie obtained a B.A. at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Peking University, a M.A. at the School of Government, Sun Yat-sen University, and her doctorate at the PSA Department, City University of Hong Kong. Her Ph.D thesis, Performance Management in the People’s Republic of China during the Market Reform Era, won the University’s Outstanding Research Thesis Award in 2007. Now she is a full-time teaching staff in this department. |
