Chow, Chiu-tak joined CityU in August 2005. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a B.Soc.Sci., from the University of Hong Kong with an M.Phil. in Political Theory, and from University College London with an M.A. in Human Rights. Before joining CityU, he had been working as a policy research officer at the Hong Kong Catholic Commission for Labour Affairs. He is currently Instructor 1 in the Department of Public and Social Administration.
