A start-up grant for new faculty of up to $200,000 for two years. It is a one-time award to assist new faculty members to start their research at CityU and regular full-time faculty members who are Lecturer or above meeting the requirements for submission for SRG and who have not received a Start-up Grant awarded by their College/Department can apply within the three years of their assumption of duty. Application schedules will be announced by the respective C/SRCs. Applications should be made via their Heads/Line Managers to the Research Grants & Contracts Office.
