research that is relevant to the development of financial markets in Asia.
To lead in manpower development within targeted functional and geographic
areas that are deemed to be important in the further development of Asia's
financial markets.
To take a leading role in applied/policy research and consulting activities
that are crucial to the development of a competitive and yet stable financial
