CityU's academic quality framework is articulated in the
CityU Quality Manual
which offers an institutional infrastructure within which operational responsibility for quality assurance and improvement is located at the College/School level. The
Quality Assurance Committee (QAC), a Senate committee, provides oversight and advice on policy matters related to
academic quality, as well as on academic review.
