We have signed an agreement with World Scientific to publish the proceedings of the conference.  We expect the book to be about 350-400 pages.  We decided to raise the page limit to 15 pages per article.

There will be no reprints available but part of the agreement is to make the proceedings available to the participants at US$20 per copy.  We encourage all of you to take advantage of this opportunity.  To order the book, please make your check or money order payable to "City University of Hong Kong" and send it to the Conference Secretary.

We decided to divide the editorial labor, so please send your paper of no more than 15 pages to the editor closest to your area, but make sure to send a copy to the Conference Secretary, at the main office (at City University of Hong Kong).  All papers will be refereed.

If the papers accepted exceed 400 pages, we will include the papers in the proceedings on first come first serve basis and the editors will communicate the remaining papers to journals on whose editorial boards they serve, after consultation with their authors.
