Looking at Hong Kong in general, over 100 Spanish firms operate in the Territory in industries such as trading / sourcing, retailing and Finance. According to the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, the Spanish business presence in the Pearl River Delta and in China generally is set to increase.

The trade figures between Spain and Hong Kong/China continued to grow at double-digit rates (Spanish Chamber of Commerce in HK). In addition, many HK companies import from and export to Latin American countries. (source HKTDC)
