The Korean section of LS is the pioneer
for Korean studies in Hong Kong since its start in 2001. The
Korean section has become a benchmark for other educational
organizations that have already started/are considering offering
Korean courses. For the first time in Hong Kong, the Korean
Associate Degree Program (Associate of Arts) offers two options
of Bilingual Communication Studies, Korean-Chinese and Korean-English.
Furthermore, the Korean Section has established close relation
with universities in Korea for academic and cultural activities
(co-organizing workshop and seminar, exchanging students and
developing teaching materials). |
