Library Service Interruption - System Maintenance

Owing to the maintenance of Integrated Library System, the Library system will be shutdown in the following period:

11:00 pm, 1 July 2017 (Saturday) to 1:00 am, 2 July 2017 (Sunday)

During the period, the following services and resources will be temporarily unavailable:

1. Library Catalogue (both Classic and Catalogue 2.0) - All functions, such as:
   • Search catalogue
   • View your circulation record
   • Loan and renewal
   • Book request (including book request via HKALL)
2. Access to Interlibrary Loan Services - ILLiad System
3. Access (remote) to electronic resources from off-campus
4. Access to CityU Theses Online and CityU Examination Papers Database
5. Access to full-text documents in CityU Institutional Repository
6. Service requests via online forms
   • Application for loan privileges by spouse
   • Application for JULAC Library Card
   • Ask a Librarian
   • Library materials recommendation
   • Putting books on reserve
   • Mini Theatre online booking
7. Library SelfCheck System (at Circulation Counter and Semi-Closed Collection Room)
8. EasyPay System for Overdue Fines (at Circulation Counter and Semi-Closed Collection Room)
9. JULAC self-registration service (at Circulation Counter)
10. PC Login authentication (PCs at Media computer area, Law collection area etc.)
