Library Service Interruption - System Maintenance

Per CSC request, two front-end servers will be temporarily down because of security hardening in the following period:

8:00 am - 8:30 am, 29 May 2017 (Monday)
8:00 am - 8:30 am, 31 May 2017 (Wednesday)

The whole upgrade will last 5-10 minutes. If the upgrade is not successful, the upgrade can be rolled back in 5-10 minutes.

During the period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

1. Access to full-text documents in CityU Institutional Repository and Scholarly Repository
2. Access to preview and full-text documents in Digital Special Collection
3. Access to certain full-text electronic resources hosted in the Library file server
4. Access to full-text documents in Digital CityU Publications including
   • CityU Theses Online (both abstract and full-text)
   • City Literature Online
   • City University of Hong Kong Achievements Journal
   • City University of Hong Kong Calendar
