Information Research Skills for Business Students provides the opportunity for students to develop and improve their information research skills related to the field of Business, including their abilities to: explain the significance of developing research skills; identify appropriate information resources for use in Business study and practice; apply basic search strategies and criteria to identify, locate and evaluate information sources; use information ethically.
This interactive course, with 9 self-paced online learning modules, is to be accessed on Canvas . The course starts on 29 August 2016 and will end on 30 April 2017.
There are also activities such as readings, interactive tutorials and exercises to reinforce learning.
Participants who have taken all the ten modules, completed all quizzes, and scored at least 80% for each quiz, will be awarded an e-certificate by email according to the following schedule:
