FIAF International FilmArchive database is published by the International
Federation of Film Archives (FIAF) and contains the following databases:
- International Index to Film Periodicals - This database
contains almost 230,000 article references from more than 300
periodicals and offers in-depth coverage of the world's foremost
academic and popular film journals from 1972 to the present.
- International Index to Television Periodicals - This database
includes almost 50,000 article references from 1979 to the present. From
2000 onwards the database will only include television related references
from film journals and will no longer index specific television periodicals.
- List of Periodicals Indexed - This database provides addresses
and other information (including ISSN) about the journals indexed in the
two main databases: International Index to Film/TV Periodicals.
- Treasures from the Film Archives - This database contains
unique information about silent film holdings in the different film
archives all over the world.
- Bibliography of FIAF Members Publications - This database gives
an overview of all the pubications of the members of the International
Federation of Film Archives since 1966 and is updated annually.
- International Directory of Film and TV Documentation Collections -
This database contains contact and access information on, thorough descriptions
and enumerations of materials collected in film and TV documentation
collections in over 145 institutions worldwide and is updated biannually.
