This database covers working papers published by the National Bureau of Economic Research, a leading nonprofit economic research organization in the U.S. which concentrates on four types of empirical research: developing new statistical measurements, estimating quantitative models of economic behavior, assessing the effects of public policies on the U.S. Economy, and projecting the effects of alternative policy proposals. The database provides basic bibliographic information for nearly 7,000 NBER Working Papers published since 1973.
