Before submission of their electronic theses, students should check Format of Electronic Theses on the correct format and number of files to be submitted, and How to Create an Electronic Thesis Suitable for Submission on converting to PDF files. Remember that it is the student's responsibility to make sure that he/she has prepared the electronic thesis appropriately in the required format.
Each student should save his/her files for submission in a CD-ROM and submit the disk together with the printed or hard copies of the thesis to the School of Graduate Studies.
It is important to note that only those selected Theses that departments wish to pass to the Library will be made available to the University community. Individual direct submissions to the Library from students will not be accepted.
