The Serials Collection consists of current periodicals and bound serials, annuals, irregular serials and newspapers, written in western or oriental languages. Bound serials and current periodicals are shelved in separate stacks. Current periodicals are located at the periodical racks while the bound serials are shelved on compact shelves. Past issues of both local and overseas newspapers are available in the serials reading areas. The current issues of newspapers and selected magazines can be found in the Leisure Corner of the Library.
Owing to lack of space, some bound serials have been moved to Shatin Storage. They include bound journals with electronic version and back issues published some years ago (for details, refer to the Library Catalogue). Readers can request the Library to make photocopy of the journal article or deliver the volume back to campus via the Library Catalogue.
Materials in the Serials Collection are for use in the Library only and is not available for circulation.
