Library Archive

Less frequently used monographs, media resources and bound serials or journals with electronic equivalents are housed at the Library Archive in Shatin. To make use of these materials, users can submit their requests via the Library Catalogue by clicking the "Request" button on the top menu bar and then filling out the "Item Request Form".

Requests received at or before 12 noon on a working day can be fulfilled on the same day and requests made after 12 noon will be fulfilled on the next working day (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays). Users will be notified via email for picking up of the requested materials at the Circulation Counter.

Under special arrangements, users can visit the Library Archive at Grandtech Centre during normal office hours to use the materials there. For such an arrangement, please call 3442-6033 for details.
