Dr. Steinhaus' talk will help owners to assess the quality of life of their pets and care for them so that they are comfortable during the final moments of their lives.
He will also talk about euthanasia; at which point an owner should consider this, how to make this decision and how euthanasia of a beloved pet is carried out.
