The Department of Management, one of six academic departments in the College of Business, conducts teaching and research in the broad area of management, including international business, strategic management, product innovation management, human resources management, organizational behavior, Japanese management and entrepreneurship. The Department provides a vigorous and supportive environment that is conducive to the pursuit of excellent research and teaching. The working conditions and compensations are comparable with major research universities in the United States.
Requirements
A PhD in Management or related disciplines, with an excellent record of research and teaching, and a high level of English proficiency. Experience in guiding extra-curricular activities and teaching writing through the curriculum for students preferred.
Salary and Conditions of Service
The successful candidate will be offered appointment to an academic rank commensurate with qualifications and experience. Remuneration package will be very attractive, driven by market competitiveness and individual performance. Excellent fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and relocation assistance (where applicable). Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract.
