Project

Precision Prediction Models of COVID-19


Duties

  1. Assist with analytical and prediction model building using machine learning techniques;
  2. Deploy analytical models at partnering organizations (e.g. hospitals) and evaluate the effectiveness of the models; and
  3. Assist with administrative and/or logistics issues related to the Project.

 

Requirements

A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics/Biostatistics/Molecular Epidemiology/Computational Biology/Computer Sciences with no more than a total of 6 years of service at the University.  Highly self-driven, innovative with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English required.  Experience with prediction model building using machine learning algorithms and data analysis with electronic health records preferred.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
