Assist in setting up psychological studies and experiments, literature review, data collection and analysis, research materials design, report write-up, event promotion and marketing.
A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with no more than a total of 6 years of service at the University. Experience in psychological experiments, large scale data collection and analysis, and event promotion, management and marketing are desirable. Tactful communication skills; being meticulous and highly motivated with self-management; ability to work independently under tight schedules with minimum supervision; willingness to work directly with stakeholders; being a good team player; strong computer and statistical skills in Microsoft Office/SPSS/Mplus/AMOS/EQS softwares and E-prime; general knowledge of Internet and electronic communication, as well as research methods and statistics are required.
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
