Project

Caregiver Support Model & Psycho-education Program on Empowerment: Development and Validation

Duties

Assist Project Directors in managing, coordinating and implementing research activities on caregiving services; conduct interview with caregivers; coordinate with NGOs for project operation; data collection, processing and analysis; draft reports; develop resources database for caregiving services; and perform other duties as assigned.


Candidates will have ample opportunities to work with social workers and other professionals, as well as stakeholders in the local community.

Requirements

A good honours degree in Social Work/Psychology/Social Sciences or related disciplines. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods; good interpersonal skills; a strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and proactively, and complete the tasks to a high quality and in a professional manner are required.  Experience in social sciences research projects and knowledge in data analysis are preferred. 

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
