Senior Research Associate/Research Assistant (2 posts) in the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management (Appointment for 6 to 12 months) [Ref. A/R/981/09]


  1. Delivering 21st Century Healthcare in Hong Kong – Building a Quality-and-Efficiency Driven System
  2. Safety, Reliability, and Disruption Management of High Speed Rail and Metro Systems


Carry out research activities and data analysis, and develop software programs and mobile applications.


A good honours degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines, preferably with experience in programming.  Integrity and good interpersonal skills are required.

Candidates with a Master’s degree and more than 1 year’s experience may be considered for appointment as Senior Research Associate.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
