Project

Enhancing Public Literacy on Low Carbon Energy Through Public Media

Duties

  1. Organize and conduct guided tours to introduce the CLP Low Carbon Energy Education Centre for external parties (e.g. schools, corporates, professional bodies and community groups, and other stakeholders);
  2. Assist the Executive Officer in general operation of the Centre, maintenance work and organize special outreaching programme;
  3. Manage and update the website and the social media platform of the Centre;
  4. Collect visitors’ survey, analyze the results and compile evaluation reports;
  5. General administration (e.g. recruitment of part-time helpers, expense report logging, update of visitation log and calendar); and
  6. Perform any other duties as assigned.


The appointee may be required to work irregular hours (including Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays).

Requirements

A good honours degree preferably in Engineering/Creative Media/Communications/Education/ Science or related disciplines.  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); being presentable, self-motivated, a good team player and flexible; willingness to learn; and ability to work under pressure are required.  Knowledge of website programming and Unity game engine programming and working experience in customer-facing environment are preferred.  Immediately available would be an advantage.  Fresh graduate would also be considered.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
