Project

Blockchain Enhanced Common Platform for Syndicate Mortgage Transactions

Duties

Responsible for all the technical aspects of the Project (including research and development of suitable design and model solution for the platform according to the project requirements); program, develop and implement the platform for blockchain-based mortgage transactions; identify and validate important government regulatory compliance matters related to the blockchain protocols being developed; consolidate materials for research and reports; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A good honours degree in Science/Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, with solid experience in website design, development and maintenance. Strong software development skills is a must.  Knowledge of blockchain technology, good command of written and spoken English, strong initiative to complete the tasks in a timely and professional manner, and being a good team player are required.

Candidates with a PhD and no more than 3 years’ postdoctoral experience may be considered for appointment as Postdoctoral Fellow.

Candidates with a PhD plus appropriate experience or outstanding research performance may be considered for appointment as Research Fellow.

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
