Temporary Project Administrator (at the rank of Executive Officer II) in Office of the Vice-President (Development and External Relations) (Appointment until 31 December 2019) [Ref. D/R/080/09]

 

The Office of the Vice-President (Development and External Relations) is leading a social innovation project which aims at developing Hong Kong youths into empathic social innovators to drive social change by making use of a range of virtual and augmented reality technologies.

Duties

Assist the Project Leader in the overall administration of the project (including coordination amongst sub-project teams; liaison with internal departments and external parties; preparation of progress report, financial report and inventory report; project publicity and event organisation; general administration and logistics support); and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A good honours degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ working experience.  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication and problem solving skills; being self-motivated and resourceful; and ability to work independently and under pressure are required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
