The Office of the Vice-President (Development and External Relations) is recruiting a team of high calibre staff for an inter-institutional project on coding education and computational thinking for upper primary schools. It aims at strengthening the logical thinking and problem-solving skills of the students, as well as cultivating their interest and motivation in coding and computational education. The appointee will be a core member of the project team, and play a key role in implementing the coding education for primary schools.
Assist the Senior Project Manager in operating the Project (including school-level coordination, manpower planning and training, quality assurance, liaision with stakeholders), and perform any other duties as assigned.
A good honours degree or equivalent, preferably with IT or related background. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and good communication and problem-solving skills are required. Candidates are expected to be self-motivated and resourceful, and have the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
