Executive Officer I/II in the in the School of Continuing and Professional Education [Ref. C/525/09]

 

Duties

Provide full support in finance and administrative functions (including preparation of financial and management reports, annual budget, financial forecast, compliance, personnel-related matters, counter service), and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A good honours degree in related disciplines, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience.  A qualified accountant or a member of recognized professional accounting bodies is preferred.  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; being meticulous with good time management; strong interpersonal skills; and proficiency in computer software applications (including Word and Excel) are required.

Candidates with more than 7 years’ relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer I.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
