Provide clerical support in various human resources functions including recruitment, administration of fringe benefits and projects; assist in system enhancement and system testing; perform data input and electronic filing in HR systems; answer enquiries and perform any other duties as assigned.
For appointment at Clerical Officer I level, the appointee will train and supervise other clerical support staff.
5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. Excellent computer skills (including MS Office, database management and web/multimedia applications); good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal skills; strong sense of responsibility and attention to details are required.
Candidates with more than 6 years’ relevant work experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Officer I.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
