Executive Officer II in the Human Resources Office [Ref. C/498/09]

 


Duties

Support a full spectrum of human resources functions for departments assigned including appointment, remuneration and benefits administration, performance management, staff training and development, and staff relations; assist in subject responsibilities, projects and initiatives; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A good honours degree with at least 2 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in higher education or sizeable organizations.  Candidates must have very good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; strong IT skills; good customer-servicing attitude; strong sense of responsibility with initiatives; and ability to work independently, flexibly and collegially.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
