Clerical Officer II in the Human Resources Office [Ref. C/482/09]

 

Duties

Provide clerical support in various human resources functions including recruitment and administration of fringe benefits; assist in staff relations activities; perform data input in the Banner Human Resources System and electronic filing in the Document Management System; answer enquiries and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 2 years’ clerical experience.  Good computer skills (including MS Office and database management), basic skills on web/multimedia applications, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good interpersonal skills, and attention to details are required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
